Resin W RB 915
Definition
Resin/W RB 915 is a ready-to-use, water/resin based liquid curing material that prevents water loss after concrete casting. Resin/W RB 915 is sprayed onto the newly poured concrete surface after the surface has lost its water and gloss. It cures the concrete without affecting the setting process. It is especially useful on large surfaces, open concrete areas and on ground hardener applications.
Areas of Use
• On ground hardener applications
• Airplane runways and apron areas
• Concrete roads, dams
• Terraces, retaining walls, reinforced concrete slabs
• All concrete productions requiring curing
Advantages
• Resin/W RB 915 does not leave stains on the surfaces it is applied to and is distributed homogeneously
• Prevents cracks and plastic shrinkage on concrete surfaces
• Minimizes water loss and ensures that the concrete cures with its own water
• It is more economical than methods provided by moistening products such as sacks and canvas
• Prevents surface dusting
